Note to Self Nutrition prides itself on providing accessible care to its clients. In order to be accessible we believe in the following:

  • Telehealth services allowing us to reach individuals outside of our geographical location

    • Dietitian licensure allows us to provide services in many states without having a specific state license. The “And Beyond” states recognize our dietitian national credential and do not require an additional state licensure. The other states noted are states our dietitians currently hold state licensure

  • Insurance coverage for Aetna and Cigna

  • Sliding scale fees for individuals unable to pay for the cash rate due to financial hardship

    Colorado

    In Colorado, Note to Self Nutrition offers telehealth services across the state including but not limited to: Arvada, Aspen, Aurora, Boulder, Breckenridge, Broomfield, Castle Rock, Centennial, Colorado Springs, Denver, Fort Collins, Grand Junction, Lafayette, Littleton, Parker, Westminster, and Vail. In-Person services are offered in the Denver Metro area.
