In supervision I focus on education surrounding eating disorders from a medical standpoint, therapeutic approaches dietitians should be aware of that their counterpart therapists and mental health practitioners are utilizing and how to support them, PCOS management and education, women’s health and fertility research and training, as well as how to do the hard work and remain engaged in your own life as a dietitian – setting boundaries, holding boundaries, and building a practice you love to go to.
Our work together would look a little something like….
Working Together
Initial Assessment
This 60-minute initial supervision session is designed to provide dietitians with personalized support as you work toward your professional goals. During this session, we will:
Discuss your supervision goals and areas of focus
Address any questions or concerns you may have

Offer guidance on any other professional challenges you wish to discuss
This session is tailored to help you gain clarity, build confidence, and receive the professional support you need to continue your growth as a dietitian.
Building Trust through Continued Follow Ups
At a frequency determined together, we will meet regularly to review your progress on professional goals and client work. During these supervision sessions, we will:
Identify and address roadblocks that arise in your practice
Brainstorm effective strategies to help you achieve your goals and overcome challenges
These sessions are designed to provide continued support in your career development as a dietitian and ensure that you feel confident and equipped to support your clients.
Continued Support
As our work together progresses, we will regularly revisit the frequency and length of sessions to ensure that the level of support remains aligned with your evolving needs and goals. This flexible approach ensures that your nutrition therapy continues to be both effective and comfortable for you.
